Physiotherapist Sally Caldwell

Physiotherapist Sally Caldwell is a kind and passionate individual with a love of farmers markets, a nurturing nature and genuine care for helping others.  She has over 10 years of physiotherapy experience, gathered in a range of areas including community health, rehabilitation and aged care.  Sal’s current primary focus is the Clinical Pilates/ Exercise studio, where she enjoys working with people of all ages & abilities, helping to achieve their goals… whether that be managing pain, restoring function, improving biomechanics or generally helping them to feel and move well.

Sal holds additional qualifications in the areas of Naturopathy and Mindfulness.  Although taking a break from these areas at present to care for her little ones, she looks forward to introducing some of these services down the track.  Sal’s holistic approach is evident in the studio, where she is a firm believer in client centred care & staunch advocate for a collaborative approach between therapists.

Sal has a special interest in chronic, complex conditions, particularly chronic back pain. She enjoys keeping abreast the emerging evidence of pain science and working closely with people, empowering them to actively manage their health and return to the things the love.

Sal is always up for a chat about food (seasonal & local of course), productive gardens, fresh air and treading gently on the earth. Sal feels particularly lucky about being able to work with so many proactive, inspiring people and she loves seeing people leave a session generally looking, moving and feeling better.
