Clinical Myotherapist Nathan Ulph
Clinical Myotherapist Nathan Ulph is known for excellent hands on skills, his dry needling finesse, progressive clinical approach…..and late night dance moves! Treating musculoskeletal pain of all sorts is his bread and butter and he has fast developed a name for treating the unusual, challenging cases with his ability to think outside the box!
Nathan has almost 10 years experience under his belt, eight of which were gained working within one of the most progressive private practices in the region. As a Clinical Myotherapist Nath specialises in helping you feel better and achieve your goals by relieving pain and tightness, restoring function and setting you up with a plan to get you up and going again.
Nath is not one to shy away from a challenge, in addition to clinical practice, lecturing, running a clinic and family life, Nath has found time to study with the renowned, progressive Gray Institute of functional movement in the US. Nath finds this approach invaluable and when coupled with manual treatment, he feels it is often the key to making lasting changes in the body.
Nath’s attention to detail and unique skill-set often sees him attract people who have tried different options previously with little success. He loves a challenge and is a firm believer in setting people up with the skills to best manage their condition themselves as able.
His highly developed skills in Clinical Myotherapy and dry needling are recognised by Southern School of Natural Therapies in Melbourne where he now lectures in Dry Needling and oversees the student clinic. More recently Nath was approached by the Myotherapy Association to develop and deliver post-graduate dry needling education to various health professionals.
Nath is a Pt Lonnie local and an outdoors man, if not at the clinic he can often be found cycling, running, surfing …or chasing his kids along the rock wall.
