Cancellation Policy
Point Lonsdale Health and Wellness Cancellation Policy
At Point Lonsdale Health and Wellness, we are committed to providing the highest quality care and support to all of our clients. To ensure that all patients can access timely appointments, we ask that you please take note of our cancellation policy.
1. Cancellation Notice
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients who may be waiting for an appointment.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the full appointment cost.
3. No Notice
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full appointment fee will be charged for your missed consultation.
4. Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan and there can be extenuating circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any exceptional situations. Our decision to implement the cancellation policy will be made on a case by case basis.
