What is GLA:D Australia?
GLA:D— short for Good Life with osteoArthritis: Denmark — is an evidence-based education and exercise program developed for people living with hip or knee osteoarthritis.
Originally designed by researchers in Denmark, the GLA:D® program has been successfully adapted in Australia and is now helping thousands manage their osteoarthritis symptoms without surgery.

How is GLA:D offered at Point Lonsdale Health + Wellness?
- Education + 6 weeks of twice weekly exercise (Tuesday + Thursdays)
- Our group programs run quarterly – please reach out for dates
- If group program not suitable, we can set you up to complete program at home, with scheduled reviews
- Private health rebates may apply
